Meditation is the art of bringing awareness to the consciousness that lies beneath the noise of the mind, to experience a state of peace, joy & clarity. As our consciousness increases we gain the ability to choose how we respond to every aspect of our lives, instead of unconsciously reacting.
As with any skill we need to build our meditation practice from the foundations up. I endeavour to take my students from the start, step by step, into a powerful practice, without feeling lost or overwhelmed.
