Yoga is an art, a science and a philosophy, that guides us to discover the power, peace, and joy that lies within us.

Whatever the level or style of class I teach, be it Classical Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin, or Chair Yoga, beginner to advanced, the essence of each class is mindful movement and body awareness. We work with breath, postures, movement sequences and meditation to connect mind, body and spirit.
